Memorial Day Weekend 2016 – DUI Checkpoint

Thank you for checking in on the Memorial Day Weekend 2016 Las Vegas DUI Checkpoint update! If you plan to celebrate and/or travel over the long weekend, please designate a driver, call a cab or summon an Ubermemorial/ Lyft driver and most importantly be aware of other drivers on the road that may not have been as careful planning ahead and may be driving under the influence. As always, if you or a loved one have been charged with a DUI (Driving Under the Influence), Traffic Violation, Reckless or Aggressive Driving, or any other criminal offense, please call Traffic Ticket Defenders immediately to protect your rights!

There are no scheduled DUI checkpoints for the 2016 Memorial Day weekend holiday. However, there will be several saturation patrols in the areas just east and west of Las Vegas Blvd. between Sahara and Tropicana as these have proven to be the most likely areas that the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department will locate suspicious drivers. There will also be heavy patrols on Interstate 15 through the strip corridor as well as US-93 heading towards the Laughlin / Lake Mead / Lake Havasu areas.

Be sure to check back with Traffic Ticket Defenders before the 4th of July, 2016 weekend for updates of all Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City and Laughlin area DUI checkpoints, as well as saturation patrols and points of emphasis that law enforcement will be looking for (stay off your cell phone! lol).
